On March 28th, AQUILA Aviation International GmbH invited to visit Schönhagen for Future Day. According to the motto: “We build a plane”, teenagers could inform themselves about our company as well as the vocational training as a light aircraft manufacturer. Three boys and two girls seized the opportunity and stayed with us for a day.
The highlight was of course the obligatory “seat test” of an A211. Additionally, our guests were shown around the production hall in detail and they got to know AQUILA Aviation International GmbH from every angle. Finally, they were offered to gain first practical experience by using fiber-reinforced materials to realize their own ideas.
Incidentally, our guests were accompanied by our current trainees. Not long ago they were still visitors with interest, now they were able to share their own experiences and tell tales. In the evening, our visitors sadly had to leave again, but maybe this wasn’t the last time they stepped inside our halls.
