Another variant of our AQUILA A212 – the A212G3X – has recently been available. In May 2023, the approval process was completed with the publication of the latest data sheet revision by EASA, and we were able to begin series production of these variants.
The A212G3X offers the full- digital equipment known from the A211G3X with 2 Garmin G3X touch displays: In addition to a 10″ G3X Touch PFD for the primary flight instruments on the left side, it also has a 7″ G3X Touch MFD for the engine instruments on the right side. However, primary flight instruments and/or engine parameters can be shown optionally on both displays.
In addition, all AQUILAs equipped with Garmin G3X can now also be combined with the modern Garmin GFC500 autopilot system. Standardly at AQUILA it is a 3-axis autopilot, that effectiveness you may best experience in flight if you haven’t already had the pleasure.
The A212G3X is available in both Day- and Night-VFR variants, offering the attractive combination of the turbo engine with the cost advantages of the Garmin G3X Touch system and its display options.
