Autopilot Option is now available for A211 and A212
Many AQUILA-Pilots have waited quite a while for what became reality in May 2021: AQUILA A211 and A212 are now available with an optional autopilot. Thus, not only for us but also for many satisfied AQUILA-Pilots this means that a long-term dream came true.
After a long and intensive flight test campaign with parallel certification process, during which we tested all features of the GFC500 Autopilot system and adapted it to our AQUILAs, we finally received the design approval in May 2021. That means that we can now offer our variants A211G, A211GX and A212GX with an optional Autopilot.
By equipping your AQUILA with an Autopilot, the flight in our A211 and A212 becomes even more comfortable. So please look forward to relaxed hours in the cockpit and dare to take a look at the landscape beneath you. Especially in our fast A212GX the autopilot makes flying even more efficient and thanks to the high cruising speed you will reach your destination even more relaxed and quick.
