Increased MTOW for AQUILA A212
In early 2022 we have made a big step towards making travelling in our AQUILA A212 even more comfortable. In january we received the EASA-approval for an increased MTOW to 800kg for our A212 which means that our „Turbo“ now offers more payload without compromising range.
While the JAR-VLA, the certification standard of the A212, defines a MTOW of only 750kg, with 800kg we now have the opportunity to make better use of the properties of our airplane and the performance of the engine.
With an MTOW of 800kg the A212 now has an available payload of 270kg. That means flying with two people with maximum baggage and a well filled fuel tank. And thanks to the high climb rate ouf our „Turbo“ you will reach your cruising altitude very quick and can enjoy the comfortable flight in our A212.
So please look forward to the high cruising speed of our A212, fill up the fuel tank and don’t worry that your baggage might be to heavy.
